Notes: While meditating yesterday, spirit told me I should seek out a man named Raymond to be my teacher.
The other Sunday, when at the Quest service, they held a healing at the end. Two people went up for healing. I sat in my chair, and 2 or more spirits surrounded me to heal me. I asked them to please heal my elbow. They agreed, and sent healing to my left one. They were joking around. They knew it was my right elbow that needed healing. I said, “not that one”, and they sent healing to my right elbow. I also felt an emotional healing, and my eyes cried a little.
