I tried automatic writing tonight. Got some pretty squiggles and an attempt at a name. He told me his name was “Gershwin”. Ann, the medium, told me that one must be patient when trying automatic writing. At first you get only squiggles, and then words, and sentences. She says it takes a long time to do.

Last night, while meditating, a female spirit came to me. She was the woman in B.C. who was kidnapped (by a guy who stole her bank card). She said she was attracted to me by the violet light. She is very happy, said she is going home. I asked about how her family is feeling. She said they are mourning her and she could not get through–but she is VERY happy!
